Are you wearing way too many hats as a small business owner? Unfortunately, I'm afraid that comes with the territory. But the best way to fast track your business, is to learn from others.
I have been marketing small businesses for the last decade. With over 100 clients that I have helped, I have learned what works and what doesn't.
One of the most powerful tools in the small business owner toolbox is marketing. Some marketing strategies include just throwing money at google. And if you have the budget, this may not be a bad strategy. If you are a bit more budget conscious, I highly recommend taking control of your own marketing and making sure you know where your dollars are best spent.
My strategy includes 10 steps that may not go in the same order for everyone. I love helping small business owners take a comprehensive look at all their marketing efforts. With my one-on-one strategy session, together we come with an easy overall plan that everyone can stick to.
What's great about my 10 Step Marketing Plan is that it is very flexible. Every business is a bit different and every business owner is very different. If you are a one-woman-show like me, you may only have time for one or two steps at a time. Once you have mastered one step, your brain will be ready to take on another step.
All successful businesses include some of these steps in their marketing plan. You may be one of the lucky ones and find that you have great success in only one or two of the steps. You may not need all of them. But if you find you are not getting the sales and traffic you want, there are always more steps to explore.
